Our meeting facilities, as part of our clubhouse, have recently undergone a complete renovation. For example, we consider our clubhouse a much more intimate alternative than your typical hotel ballroom – a ballroom transformed for your needs … but not quite satisfying them.
Our boardroom seats 12 to 30; the private dining room features a similar capacity.
Our veranda is an extension of the dining room offering a spectacular view across the 9th and 18th holes of the Tom Fazio championship golf course. When your meeting attendees need a breath of fresh air, they’ll find the views here breathtaking!
We have a board room, a private dining room and a formal dining room that seats 60, each with its own distinct flavor. The board room feels like a board room, not like the “bored” rooms you find in hotels and at other golf clubs.
Planning a more formal function?
Our formal dining capacity reaches up to 150, and our main dining facility can handle meeting guests of up to 220 people.
No matter which room your choose here at The Bayou Club, we’re able to maintain an intimate, private club feel for your attendees.
