Q-How do I book my event at Bayou Club?
A-Bayou Club requires a signed Event Confirmation and a deposit to secure a room reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q-Does Bayou require a food and beverage minimum? 
A-The Event Confirmation will state a food and beverage minimum based on the day of the week and time of the year.  Each banquet room has a facility fee, in addition to a food and beverage minimum. Additional fees may include cake cutting, corkage, rental item tax and service charges.

Q-May we have our ceremony at Bayou Club?
A-Based on availability and determined by the Director of Catering, you may hold your wedding ceremony on the Ceremony Lawn of Bayou Club for an additional fee. Day and date will determine fee and timing of ceremony. Ceremony chairs and other ceremony decorations are available for a rental fee.

Q-For how many hours may we rant the facility?
A-Bayou Club events are based on four hour time slots. Ceremonies do not apply towards this time. Wedding ceremonies are an additional charge. Set –up and break - down of the room do not apply towards this time. You may buy an additional hour for an overtime fee.

Q-What is included in the room rental fee?
A-Included in the room rental fee are standard set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs, linen, china, glassware etc….

Q-May we bring in our own Caterer?
A-Bayou Club must provide all catering, with the exception of a wedding cake. Bayou Club must approve the vendor supplying the cake.
